My ideal setup would be this Denon receiver to replace my 12 year old Onkyo receiver to go along with Axiom surround speakers, Pinnacle SubSonic subwoofer and Samsung 55 inch smart tv. It would be a great refresh to my overall setup that would invigorate my enjoyment of home theater to a new level.

i would add this great receiver to my current setup of Pinnacle SubSonic subwoofer, and Axiom front and rear speaker. This Atmos receiver would replace my decade old current Onkyo TX-SR600 which has given me many years of outstanding Home Theater experiences!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

My current Onkyo receiver is over 10 years old and needs an upgrade. I have enjoyed my Onkyo for many years but look forward to winning this awesome NR 1030 to take advantage of all the new features and latest development for the truest purest sound you can imagine.

Seeing all the great deals on bluray players this season is enticing. The problem is I have a 47'" Panasonic rear projection HDTV bought in 2001 that has no hdmi connections. I truly enjoy watching HD content on this tv from directv and know I would love to see movies in bluray even at 1080p...
