I still wish they would have also included The Ropers and Three's a Crowd complete series with this set.
That would have been nice. I've got so-so quality copies of the spin off's from when they aired on
DejaView a few years back, so i'm happy to have seen them. I bought the individual season sets of
Three's Company up to Season 6 right now. They are generally pretty inexpensive, but
$51 for the set is a deal for anyone wanting to do some binge watching of a great series.

I have the individual setts as such I have not interest in the completed series. As some one pointed out earlier it would be nice if the release "Three's a Crowd" as well as "The Ropers". I am not sure why they have not released either "The Ropers" or "Three's a Crowd", especially since "Three's Company" fans would like purchase the sets!

I also would love to see the "Hooperman" series released as it is another series that had John Ritter!

I just bought seasons 7 and 8 and now own all 8 seasons I wasn't a huge fan of "The Ropers" or "Three's Crowd, so I consider my collection complete. I haven't checked all seasons, but I noticed on the earlier seasons that the menu is in the 1.33:1 aspect ratio, but once the show starts, it shrinks down to 1.30:1. I also noticed this on the old Little House DVDs. Is this something that commonly happens when transferring shows from tape to DVD?

Yeah the packaging on the individual season sets are fine and the copies are much better than what you see on TV. That's one of the problems with complete series releases is that many times you get cheap packaging as a trade off for the cheaper price.

Since this was a Videotaped show its highly unlikely to be released on Blu.

I doubt it will be released on Blu-ray. It was shot on standard def videotape. The previously released sets don't look bad in my opinion.

Currently the complete series package of Three's Company is OVER 500 DOLLARS. Outrageous. Anyone have any idea why that is?

Wow! Several months ago I've seen it at Walmart and thought a few times about getting it but passed thinking it would always be there later.

Because Anchor Bay, the distributor of that release, is defunct. Starz folded the company into Lionsgate in 2017. That release is long OOP.

Really hoping somebody else releases the complete series again on DVD. Prefer DVD, but would purchase on iTunes or Vudu also if it becomes available. Kicking myself for not picking it up earlier. You have to be a pretty die-hard fan to pay those prices on eBay..
