For some reason I can't find the name of the Windows software (shareware I think) that helps to fine-tune video out for use by projectors (in my case 720p), even though I actually bought a license for it years ago. Anyone?

There is a free program called "powerstrip" it allows for custom resolution and timings. Just search google and I am sure you will find it. Hope this helps.
