Afreind got me Prince Valiant on Blu ray from england, swearing it was restored color. No. this is exactly the same print used for the regular dvd. I remember LACMA showed Valiant in an orignal Technicolro print. What a difference !!! BTW, the american dvd is 4.0 the blur ray is hhigh def sound but only 2.0.

Yes,, that is the one. It is exactly the same print as on the stand dvd. Clouds turning slightly greenish, water and sky go greenish tinge instead of blue, because the blue layer is shot to hell. I hope Fox someday restores this and give us a good domestic blu ray.
