Has anyone else gotten the Pulp Fiction Collector's Edition dvd and it didn't have the Jack Rabbit Slim's menu. I lost the first dvd I bought (actually it was stolen) and I replaced it last night. The new one didn't have the menu or the coupons for the soundtrack. What a bummer.

I had this happen with Who Framed Roger Rabbit - Vista Series. It was supposed to come with some "autographed" glossy photos. Didn't get them so I called the Disney help line. I told them what happened and gave them my info. A few weeks later, they showed up in my mail.

How long ago did you call them? Because this has been out a while.

I got the RR set about a year and a half ago. This was during Columbia House's Disney "fire sale." I heard about the photo inserts a month after I bought the set. Still gave them a call and they were sent to me. Just call them up and let them know your situation.
