The Extended Version is in 4K, the theatrical is HD.

Why? He doesn't do them period.

He did one for True Romance.

He doesn’t do them on his own films that he directed. He wrote True Romance but didn’t direct it. Did he also do commentaries for Planet Terror and Natural Born Killers. I think there was a commentary on Reservoir Dogs that he appears on, but it wasn’t a “real” commentary but one that was stitched together for various interviews and such

Question will be if it recycles the existing Blu-ray.

Since "PF" and "Scream 2" are both former Lionsgate properties, I'm betting "PF" will include the existing BD.

"Scream 2" literally recycles the 2011 BD - right down to the Lionsgate previews!
