4 ohm HT Receiver for $300? (1 Viewer)

I don't know if you have a Tweeter in your area but they are closing out the Yamaha RXV 630 at $349 but my friend was able to talk them down to $300. This model is stable into 4 ohms and has 6.1 DDex and DTS-ES matrix. It is 75x6 into 8 ohms but iam not sure about 4 ohms(i imagine it would be in the 100watt range).
