Is there a way to make a living suing spammers? Well, at least until they stop spamming. [IMG]
Of course, they'll likely move spam offshore...d'oh! Those cunning spammers!

You can sue them until you're blue in the face but you're not going to be awarded any damages (except perhaps punitive damages) unless you're suing under some sort of anti-spam legislation that specifies a particular award.

    Mike plz explain.

The article is about just that, "sueing" them for $500.00

Whether or not they pay is a different story.
