I've beaten weapons master mode once, yet I didnt unlock all the stages. Is there some special way to do this?

You have to beat some areas twice. I believe GameWinners.com has a list of what opens what.

To unlock Lizardman you have to beat EVERY mission in both regular and uber mode... some of them are just NASTY the second time around
