No-one famous in TIME TRAVELERS? How about Richard Basehart as the doctor back in old Chicago who found the cure for the disease that was lost in the Great Fire.

Also, the original story was from a fellow named Rod Serling, and it was produced as a pilot for a new series by Irwin Allen, as an update to his TIME TUNNEL series that failed to go more than one season.

I'd also like to add CITY BENEATH THE SEA, another Irwin Allen pilot, to the list of shows that could stand a DVD release.

Great titles in this list, by the way. I'd buy many of them.

Ooh - one more - a more recent one - Scott Bakula and Robert Loggia in MERCY MISSION: THE RESCUE OF FLIGHT 771. I was lucky enough to find that one on LaserDisc, and as it's set at Christmas time, the wife and I dig it out every year.

I think "Trilogy of Terror" is available, but I'm not sure. That's the one with Karen Black in three roles, yes?

I also want:

"The Legend of Lizzie Borden" with Elizabeth Montgomery
"I Love A Mystery" with Ida Lupino & Don Knotts
"Where Have all the People Gone?"
"Fresno" with Carol Burnett

and that one where Linda Blair and Mark Hamill are drunken teens, driving each other crazy; that one was an all-time classic!

I want every made-for-TV movie from the 1970s.

Seriously, a few more titles:

The Secret Night Caller (Robert Reed as a man driven to make obscene phone calls!)
It Couldn't Have Happened to a Nicer Guy (Paul Sorvino raped at gunpoint by a beautiful woman.)
Someone I Touched (VD melodrama starring Cloris Leachman)
The Initiation of Sarah (Carrie rip off starring Kay Lenz, Shelley Winters, and Morgans Brittany and Fairchild)
Revenge (Shelley Winters holds hostage in her basement the man she thinks raped her daughter.)
The Spell (Lee Grant's daughter gets involved with a coven.)
Nightmare in Badham County (An all-star cast in a women's prison melodrama.)
Women in Chains (Lois Nettleton goes undercover to battle sadistic prison guard Ida Lupino.)
Terraces (Ultra-dreamy movie set in a 1970s swinging singles high-rise apartment building. Julie Newmar's kick split, alone, makes this a must-have!)
Who Killed the Black Dahlia? (Lucie Arnaz as Elizabeth Short.)

Plus, those two Elizabeth Montgomery classics, The Legend of Lizzie Borden and A Case of Rape. Especially the former, whose status as the only dramatic narrative film about the case makes it a must for home video.

And, I'll cast a vote for every other title mentioned in this thread because I have a fondness for these films and can relate to everyone else's fondness for them. They are as beloved as any theatrical release.

Larry, I believe the movie was called "Cyborg." At any rate, there are other movies that have yet to be released to DVD:

The Fire Next Time (Craig Nelson from Coach and Bonnie Bedelia)

The Sky's on Fire
On Hostile Ground
Nuremburh (Alec Baldwin)
Ice (1998 Telefilm)

A couple of intense 1981 offerings from ace television director John Llewellyn Moxey:
The Violation of Sarah McDavid - w/Patty Duke in the titular role
No Place to Hide - w/Keir Dullea, Kathleen Beller, and Mariette Hartley

Moxey's impressive resume:

I would love to see some of the hour-long Fox telefilms which air on Fox Movie Channel as "Hour of Stars."

On IMDb, there is a listing for Moxey's 1968 telefilm version of Laura, which was also the subject of a shorter, "Hour of Stars" version. Unfortunately, it appears that the 1968 telefilm is lost along with many others of the era:

Anybody else want to see "The California Kid," 1974 ABC movie with Martin Sheen? I loved this film.

10-4, Eric. Remember Vic Morrow in that film? Great casting as the Sherrif. The last time I saw that on TV was back in the early 90's on WGN/Chicago.

Here's a couple that I'd like to see:

"The Strange and Deadly Occurrence" (1974)
Robert Stack ..... Michael Rhodes
Vera Miles ....... Christine Rhodes
L.Q. Jones ....... Sheriff Berlinger
Herb Edelman ..... Felix
Dena Dietrich .... Audrey
Ted Gehring ...... Dr. David Gillgreen
Margaret Willock . Melissa Rhodes

"One Of My Wives Is Missing" (1976)
Jack Klugman ........ Inspector Murray Levine
Elizabeth Ashley .... Elizabeth Corban
James Franciscus .... Daniel Corban

One of My Wives Is Missing was later remade as Vanishing Act with Elliot Gould, Mike Farrell, Margot Kidder, and Fred Gwynne. (BTW, 'Wives is a remake of Honeymoon With A Stranger (1969)

Killdozer and The Norliss Tapes are both terrific bits of entertainment. I'd personally like to see a lot of the TV movies that aired as part of ABC's TV movie series. This included "The Night Stalker", "Duel" and many other terrific telefilms (it also included a whole bunch of bad ones as well but hey, we remember the good stuff, right?

Chameleons (1989) with Crytal Bernard, Superhero themed film that I think would have been a fine series.

I-Man (1986) with Scott Backula, on DVD in the UK

The B.R.A.T. Patrol (1986) with Sean Astin

Mr. Boogedy (1986) I have the vacuum cleaner

The Absent-Minded Professor (1988) with Harry Anderson, I think there were more than one of these but idb just lists one

Not Quite Human (1987) (with Alan Thicke and Jay Underwood)

Not Quite Human II (1989) (with Alan Thicke and Jay Underwood)

Still Not Quite Human (1992) (with Alan Thicke and Jay Underwood)
