The Descent
Lionsgate Home Entertainment will release The Descent on December 26th. Available in separate anamorphic widescreen and fullscreen 99-min. uncut editions, director Neil Marshall's bloody great horror film arrives with both Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2.0 tracks. Bonus materials will include an audio commentary with Marshall and crew, a second commentary with Marshall and cast, deleted & extended scenes, outtakes, "Making of 'The Descent'" documentary, "DesEnding" Interview with Director Neil Marshall, Storyboard and Scene Comparisons, still gallery, bios and trailers. The 98-min. domestic cut will be available in fullscreen-only. Retail is $28.98.
The Blu-ray Disc edition, due day-and-date, will also feature new and exclusive picture-in-picture interactive commentaries, 6.1 PCM audio and HD trailers. Retail for this is $39.99.
