Well, the only thing I haven't done is register my Xbox through Microsoft's website. Who knows if that is a reason for my not getting in? Maybe I'm just not lucky.

Oh, well. I guess I would only be able to play some Moto GP and NFL2k3 online... no big loss at this point.

I got that email over the weekend, and took the survey immediately. Still nothing. So, you probably haven't missed anything...
