Viewing distance? (1 Viewer)

Is the viewing distance as big of a deal for DLP as it is for LCD? I'm in the process of finishing my basement (no dedicated theater :frowning: ) and am looking to get a 65" DLP. I think my main viewing distance will be 10ft or less though. I have a 46" LCD in the living room and can definitely tell that if I sit closer that the picture isn't as good. I just didn't know if DLPs were as sensitive.

That being said, anybody got any suggestions for 1080p 65" (or smaller if I have to go that route)? I want as big as possible as it will just be for movies/sports.
