Velodyne DLS 4000R 12" (1 Viewer)

I've got a JBL 10 inch downfiring sub. It's a couple of years old and I'd like to move up to the above sub. Its selling at the local A&B Sound for $777 CAN. The guy said th price is guaranteed so that I could get some money back after the inevitable Christmas sale.
How is this sub? I'd like to get deeper bass with my movies. Will this do it? It has a remote, which would allow me to tweak it easily. My other six speakers are Missions.

velodyne are great subs. But you may want to look into an SVS cylinder, great value on those things! or maybe even the DIY route. for less than 400$ i bet you could mkae one NICE tempest sonosub.

If your JBL is the E-150P, just about anything would be an improvement.
