i have a 700l box with 4 4 in flaired ports both ends flaired. do i mesure from flange to flange or do i mesure from where the flair starts? also win isd gives me a port lenth of .401m do this look right i am cutting the port tubes tonight and need some ansers.

Measure the port length from end to end, and then simply subtract 1 inch from the total length to come up with the effective port length.
