the title of the youtube thumbnail states "it finally exist"... to me, that's an eye catching "gimmick" to draw peoples' attention to the video sort of telling the certain percentage of folks "only Yamaha can produce such tech" rather than telling most crowds "wireless surround finally comes to Yamaha products".

All wireless speakers so far require power. This one uses batteries on demand when not tied to house power
