I've been keeping track in this thread for a while whenever I hit a 1000-post milestone. One of these days I'll go back and track how long it took me to get to each one of those.

I'm not sure why I would ever check that...except to get depressed over how much time I spend on the forum.

When I first saw your post I thought your Test thread had reached 30,000 posts! After checking it wasn't I thought it must be your Round Up thread and after scratching me head it finally it dawned on me that it was your post count. I'm not usually this sloooow. It's monday.

So many of the images in this thread were decimated by the move from Huddler. Wow! I was just going back to find several...and they are gone!

So, my post tracking experiment is limited (to say the least) to the last couple of years.

20,000 7-31-10

25,000 11-10-12

26,000 5-3-13

27,000 9-23-13

28,000 3-28-14

29,000 8-24-14

30,000 12-7-14

I only know about the 20,000 mark because I, for some reason, slipped some text into the post rather than depend upon JUST the images. But all my other records pre-25,000 are gone!

Who do Idahoans root for in major league baseball? Seattle? Colorado? Only 24 major leaguers were born in Idaho. The most famous of these is Harmon Killebrew; he of the 573 homeruns. And, a question which has resulted in my curiosity of this issue: why are the U of I sports teams referred to as the Vandals?

Up until a year ago the Boise Hawks were the farm club for the Chicago Cubs, but now they are the farm club for the Colorado Rockies.


Beats me why the UofI mascot is the Vandals. How about this story?
