If you can afford it, and if music performance and clean output are your primary goals, I would recommend an SVS PB12-Ultra/2 with all ports open. For music, bass output below 22Hz is not an important factor.

That works for us. Let us know what JJ (or, ahem, Susan) says and I'll see what I can pull off. There will be a Cherry PB12-Ultra (same cabinet as the new PB12-Plus) and I think a fine textured black unit that'll hopefully surface after R/D is done beating on it (which isn't a figurative expression in SVS ;^).

I'll drop JJ and Susan a line if either does finish testing, or if they don't write us first.
