Sonus faber goes piano black and SANUS introduces new HDMIs (1 Viewer)

Italian crafted speaker makers Sonus faber has unveiled an all-new piano black finish option for its Olympica Nova AV loudspeaker collection (see header pic). The seven-strong collection includes stand-mount models, floorstanders, two center channels and an on-wall model. The company says this is the second iteration of the Olympica collection and pays homage to the debut models, while adding “trickle-down” technologies, such as new drivers, crossovers and internal volume tuning. Cabinets and exteriors have also been upgraded.
Olympica Nova already comes in walnut and wenge finsishes and the new piano black finish should offer more choice for system-matching, home décor or home cinema installations. All Olympica Nova models eschew flat panels and parallel cabinet sides to improve enclosure performance. They also maintain the asymmetrical lute shape of the earlier Olympicas.
