Absolutely. It's from Llamentol, frontrunners among Spanish bootleggers who, despite having a back catalogue several thousand films strong, have never released a legit disc in their entire worthless lives.

It's possible but much more likely to be a copy grabbed from the nearest convenient source: a VHS recording of an off-air broadcast, YouTube or similar, or simply downloaded. Don't think for a minute bootleggers give a monkey's about the quality of their wares. I know of dozens of Blu-rays with such transfers.

The TCM broadcast has the overture, intermission music, video for the prologue, and more picture info on the sides compared to the laser disc.
