I would again suggest that It's a Wonderful Life should not be eligible for this tournament. HALF of the movie occurs in flashbacks covering a period of many years, and forms the "wonderful life" that is the backbone of the movie. I don't even think you could rightfully call them flashbacks, since they occur continuously with only occasional brief voice-overs.

As much as I like Waking Life, the unusual narrative structure is such that calling it a "one day movie" is simply missing the point.
