"Maigret" on DVD anytime soon? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering:

does anyone have any info/insight as to when/if the various episodes of "Maigret" (as played by Michael Gambon) will be released on DVD...?

Technically, it was released yesterday but you probably
will never see it in Brick and Mortar stores (possibly
Borders) in the near future. A small company called
Wellspring is releasing them in a box set with all 12 episodes. I think Empire and Amazon have them on preorder.
Wellspring appears to have snagged the right s to many of the series that were on PBS mystery such as Dalgleish,
and The Racing Game. Hope this helps.

I was also wondering when Maigret might make it to DVD, so this is excellent news. I'll probably pick them up, so thanks for the information.
