Klipsch has announced the debut and availability of its new Reference Premiere and Reference series speakers. Building on both the series’ award-winning credentials, the company says the new speakers feature the latest technological audio advancements, premium materials, and “dramatic” cosmetic details.
The Reference Premiere series, ranging in price from $499 to $1,499 per speaker unit, uses larger proprietary Tractrix horns for better high-frequency response, imaging and dynamics. Klipsch’s signature copper Cerametallic woofers with aluminum Faraday rings and Tractrix ports promise to deliver powerful low frequencies while minimizing distortion. Available in two wood finishes, ebony and walnut, the Reference Premiere line includes a refined cabinet design, aluminum binding posts, cast aluminum feet, and Dolby Atmos connections that promote easier hook-up and improved height channel integration...
