Fred, Barney, Shaggy, and Scooby are some of WB's biggest cash cows, so what will probably happen with releasing the HB library on Blu will be as follows, the cash cows will be released by WB themselves and the less popular will be released through Archive.

simple math, one season, 26 glorious episodes if done correctly, and then it's done, as opposed to longer running series

waiting to see what the added extra content is going to be, maybe WB can include the greatest homage to this classic series that was done a few years ago in a different style

the music kicks, and hey if you are going to up date a classic, this is how you do it
Nicely done, except the music isn't in stereo.

The Screen Gems logo seen here was the original ending logo on the 1964-65 run of Jonny Quest!

Meanwhile, here's the H-B Swirling Star logo you would have seen at the end of the 1986 run...

And here's a Jonny Quest fan site that talks about the closing credits conundrum on VHS and DVD:

I don't remember dancing sticks from Screen Gems, I've always known their iconic red symbol on a golden background.

With the news that this Blu-Ray release of Jonny Quest has all its episodes sourced from the original 35mm masters, I can only hope that Scooby-Doo Where Are You and The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour as well as Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo and The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show will be treated the same way if a complete series of Scooby-Doo is ever planned for release on Blu-Ray in the future (meaning they will have all the original opening/closing credits and logos unaltered), instead of using the extant Turner-era videotaped masters.

I mean, we haven't heard Scooby-Doo Where Are You with the original Ted Nichols opening and closing themes (and the laugh tracks) in years. Even The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour and Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo had laugh tracks when first broadcast on ABC.

Furthermore, it would also be cool if the 1978 8-week run of Scooby-Doo Where Are You could be seen as it had been before on ABC, using the original 1969 opening title; and if we could see the first 5 weeks of the 1980 run of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (shorts) with the original closing credits (before becoming part of The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show).
