Ignore list is great... (1 Viewer)

and I can finally use it here, but it only handles individual posts within threads. Is there any way to clobber the entire thread, when it is originated by someone on the ignore list?

The cool thing is though that even though a member (that you have on your ignore list has started a thread) you still won't see anything that they posted in that thread. All you will get to see if the title of the thread and any subsequent posts made in that thread by everyone other than the person on your ignore list.
