What are you looking for (Speakers, Subwoofer or Both)? subwoofer
Primary Use: Home theater
Desired Configuration: 5.2.2
Room Size:11*13
Is the room open to other areas of your home: No
Do you already have an AV receiver or amplifier? Yes
What's your budget (low to high): DIY
I have 2 subs connected to my AV receiver but they dont match. front left is an SVS PC2000 and the right sub was built using an Dayton classic 12 and 300w amp in a Klipsch sub 12 enclosure. I decided to keep my B&W 685 bookshelf speakers with an 80hz xover. the -3db for the SVS is 17hz and the custom Klipsch would be closer to mid 20hz. I noticed the SVS doesnt do too well from 40-80hz but digs deep. the klipcsh has good mid bass but cannot be driven hard. I also have a 2ft3 sealed Eminence lab12 I built before getting the SVS. Should I use the eminence for mid bass and xover at 100hz on the sub amp or build a ported 8 or 10 sub port tuned to about 34hz or just get a 2nd PC2000?
