Ok right now I've got RF3II mains from Klipsch, got an RC3II center on the way, and two ss-1 surrounds.

What should I do to fill out my system to 6, possibly 7 channels?
Should I be looking at only Klipsch reference for better timbre (even though the surrounds are synergy series, got a great deal on them) or a second center channel or what?

The way the room is laid out, it is a rectangle and then at the end it corners into a pie shape.

the tv sits along the side labeled wall
    'c' is the couch
    s is the surrounds
sub sits in the corner (SVS 2231 PCi)
This will be the new room, so nothing is mounted yet or anything. the basement is still being finished.

I have decided on a Pioneer ELITE 45tx for the powerhouse.
Any suggestions speaker wise will be wonderful.

    Thanks.

EDIT: please ignore all the dots. they are just there to make it look right.

    Anyone???
Would I be okay going for some cheaper speakers in the rear?
Or maybe I should just get another RC3II center for the rear the way the room is layed out?

    Hey Chris,

I'd look into getting RS-3's for the side surrounds and moving the SS-1's to rear surrounds. The SS-1's are good speakers. Even though they are Klipsch, the synergy sound quite different from the Reference.

Frank I was thinking about that, but after I get my receiver, I will have spent just under 2500 dollars on this new system, and I am only 17!
I think I may be running thin with the PAF (parent acceptance factor)...

    Thanks for the reply.
Any other input would be greatly appreciated.
