HDMI converter (1 Viewer)

I'm looking a converter than inputs VGA or DVI(I or D), and a digital audio (Optical or Coax) and puts it into an HDMI cable. I'm assuming DVI-D and Coax would be very similar to whats running in the HDMI cable. has anyone seen this?

After a couple days of searching, this is the best i could do:

The only reason I would purchase this is the price. $299! WOW! I decided to go w/ a DVI-D to HDMI cable (which doesn't convert anything), and a separate digital audio cable over coax.
