Was just reading that Google has a new tool that will do a search on your hard drive. I've been looking through their site and I can't seem to find any reference to it there.

What does this do that the built-in Windows XP search function doesn't do?

The XP search function is not only extrenmely slow but it may not look into cache and temp directories.

Google uses the same technology to search on the web, it catalogues the info on your hard drive so that searches are performed with lightning speed.
