Hey fellas.

I bought a set of Studio 100's last weekend and have been listening every night for a few hours. I havent really pushed the envelope volume wise to date, but they still sound amazing. My question is this; How long should I wait to start pushing them a little harder? Do I have to wait? I know there is a break in period before you do any critical listening but what about breaking them in for volume? What can you tell me?

Thanks

Yeah, the break-in is actually until they achieve optimum sound quality. Actually, playing at higher volumes will expedite this. There are those who believe using a break-in CD will speed it up significantly when played for hours on end at reasonably high volume. Personally, I have found this can often be true.
