Absolutely. There were about three dozen albums between the different lists that I would have bought had I come across them at that price induvidually. So far, I've only picked up Cosmo's Factory by CCR -- because I never got around to buying the CD, and I'd never have forgiven myself if I'd passed it up at the price. There's some great albums on the list that have been mostly stripped of their greatest hits and forgotten since.

Right now, I'm debating whether I can justify picking of the collection of Sam Cooke gospel songs... along with a half a dozen other albums.

A good chunk of those are previous Friday 5 for $5 or monthly 50 for $5 albums.

There's a few classical albums I'll grab, and maybe a few others.

There's a few repeats but there were enough new ones that I had to limit myself. I got a couple of the Smith and Coltrane Jazz albums to better round out the "singles" I had by both, got the Thorogood album which has entirely new stuff to me and 2-3 more. If I had been indiscriminate I could have bought 5+ more albums.
