Volume control is a little bit fussy. I find it helps to brace the stem with my thumb, while stroking up or down with index finger. Some pressure is needed for it to work, in my experience.

Thanks Dave! I agree, it’s fussy. I managed to get the volume indication to show on screen very briefly once while trying to adjust volume on the stem. But still haven’t got it working yet.
