Here is a comparison between the various DVD Blu Ray and 4K releases per Hi Def Digest. Sorry no VHS or Beta.

The color just gets worse with each re-issue.

I like the colours on the 2004 DVD, but the picture had far too much contrast. That first Blu-ray release is a shocker, whoever did it really hates colour.

Maybe the 4k does look the best on your TV as Mr. Crawford said. But not there.

It is clearly the winner on my OLEDs.

Based on this video I’m with you on this one Robert. I went back and read through this thread. You never reported back on whether the iTunes 4K seems to be the same as the Kino. Have you ever taken a look?
