I just got my Yamaha RX-V567 and I hook up my Sennheiser-RS120 Wireless Headphones in Audio out port and I can't figure out how to get sound? Somebody please help me

According to the manual (p22) digital signals are not sent out through the audio out connection. Use the A/V out instead.
