I've never seen it myself, but I've heard several people mention this scene. It was apparently playing on cable quite a bit a month or so ago. Something about a girl and a horse on a ship, and the horse breaks free and jumps over the side, where it gets cut up by the ship's screw. Then, there's a trail of blood in the water.
