Deep Discount has it for $26.99, but is on backorder. Or purchase direct from Kino for $26.57 (shipping is free over $50) and last I checked was in stock. Kino is also having a big summer clearance sale, with many titles heavily discounted, which should help you get closer to that $50 minimum for free shipping.

What's going on is that Amazon's prices are very fluid. Once you come upon a deal, you better act fast because the algorithms they utilize can change the price of an item within minutes of a prior sale price.
