Still images move on my 65H80 (1 Viewer)

I first noticed this problem when adjusting the convergence. The grid at the bottom left corner of the screen slowly moved up and down. I also notice it sometimes on Tivo menus and other still images.
My guess is that the movement is caused by fluctuations in the power supply. The tv is plugged into a Monster HTS2000, but that only filters out noise. Do I need a voltage stabilizer, or is the problem caused by something else?

Does it do this while a DVD is paused or while in a DVD still menu?

Yes, it does it on paused DVDs. The bottom moved up and down about 1/4" and the top moved up and down about 1/8". It sort of looks like the entire image is slowly shrinking and expanding.

I'm sorry Ryan I was going to to try to blame it on the cable broadcast.
But you know what our old faithful 13" Zenith started doing this shrinking and flickering thing just hours ago, and it does it on cable or VHS.
So I hope someone out there has some info for us!
