Should I order from Modchip.ca? (1 Viewer)

I want to be able to play these PS2 games:
[*]Transformers [*]Dream Mix TV World Fighters [*]Futurama [/list]
Unfortunately, the first two games are Japanese, and the third is American.

I saw that modchip.ca was selling a pre-modded PS2. Has anyone here ordered from modchip.ca? What were your experiences, good or bad?

i'd check the webshop ratings forum at xbox-scene.com they have tons of feedback for those types of shops. i had excellent results with modchipman.

I've had good experiences with Game Shop USA . They have a $5 off coupon code: XBSCN5OFF. You might want to look into the flip cover for the PS2. It's an easy mod that you can do yourself.

I've heard that those don't work very well. Have you actually used these flip covers?

I was looking at Modchipman's site, and the pre-modded PS2s come with a choice of either "Matrix Infinity" or "DMS3 V9". Both of these chips seem to be the same price, so which is better?

Also, there is an option to install a 120GB Seagate hard drive for an extra $150. Is that a good deal?
