I've always liked this Police/Cop buddy flick with Peter Weller and Sam Elliot. The only DVD I ever saw of it was, if I remember correctly, P&S. Any chance a decent version if this will ever get released? I watched a bit of it on HDNet Movies and the HD transfer looked great.

Funny you should ask since in less than four weeks, it's coming out on dvd on May 11th. Apparently it will be anamorphic with a MSRP of $14.98.

Robert are you sure this will be W/S? All the listings I’ve seen indicate a 4:3 release.

Over at Universal's Home Video Site, they list the upcoming release of Shakedown as being presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen.

Hopefully Universal's site is correct, because they're saying that it will indeed be 1.85:1 Anamorphic Widescreen!

    Look here

    Fingers crossed. [IMG]
