SACD / DVD-Audio Input Switchbox (1 Viewer)

Anyone know where I can find a six channel input selector/switchbox? Need to change between DVD-Audio and SACD analog program sources and have only one set of six channel inputs.

Shawn Fogg, from the SMR group makes his own and sells them. Very handy when you only have one 5.1 analog bypass and two sources to switch.
