Hi everyone,i'm an owner of LG BD550I have selected 24Hz on 1080p Display Mode option but when playing 1080p MKV movies via either dvd disk or usb they are playing at 50hz (my TV Panasonic TX-P42G20E is compatible with 1080p/24 Hz)1)Why the input signal on TV is at 50 Hz ?2)Is much better at 24Hz instead of 50Hz ?Thanks

I'm hopping out of this one, but...MKV 24fps has been a problem since 2008.Here in the US, many players default to 60hz(50 for you) automatically(Unless that has changed recently).

Sorry, I 've not undrestood, I don' t speak English very well.. Are you saying it is normal that many players play MKV movies 1080p/24Hz at 50hz (or 60hz for US)? (If yes, why? Is it a limit of the player?) Thank you
