Pink Floyd's The Wall. R1 or R2? (1 Viewer)

I retailer is having a sale on the R2 PAL DVD of The Wall, and I am very tempted to buy. One thing crossed my mind though, "Will this DVD have PAL speed up??". For a film with only music in it this is the last thing I want. I see the running time on IMDB listed at 95 mins though, which seems to be the running time for the PAL DVD. The NTSC version seems to have a running time of 100 mins...

So I guess my question is, does the PAL version have PAL speed up?? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen both, and to my knowledge it is NOT sped up for the PAL.
