Panny 47WX51 and 47WX49 whats the difference? (1 Viewer)

When I go to the Panasonic web site all I see different is the price:
47WX51 = $2299.95
47WX49 = $2099.95
and the 47WX51 has a lighted remote and a 3D Y/C Filter.
Is the 3D Y/C Filter worth the cost difference? is one of these last year model and the other this year's model?
Is Panasonic a good brand to buy? I saw that Ron bought a Toshiba, but I can not find anyone that will price match with me around here, but I know that Sears will price match with me, if I can find a good price for it. (I am thinking Crazy Eddies by phone will give me a good match, but not sure)
Any other places I should try? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

As far as I know the only differences are the lighted remote and a protection screen. Sears pricematched mine for $1699 and I have been very pleased with it!
