Found a box of Omaha Steaks that I received as a company gift last Christmas buried at the bottom of my freezer. Anybody know how long these things can be kept frozen without going bad? Each bacon-wrapped filet is in its own vacuum sealed wrapper so there shouldn't be any air getting in. I'd hate to toss them on the grill for the Fourth and find out that they taste and consistency of shoe leather

I would experiment with one, grill it and see how it tastes.
With a vacuum seal it will definitely last longer in a freezer but a year? Perhaps.

they will be fine as long as they remained frozen solid and in their original package the entire time.

A year is about the limit for vacuum packed (at least that's what it says in my Foodsaver manual).
