Me and a friend were joking about this one character, but neither of us could place the episode. It's driving me nuts.
Ok, I'll try to describe it as best I can. He had a conversation with Homer(?) and he would respond saying "YES?" and "YES!" and then something about he had a stroke, all in a very funny, distinctive voice. I think he was a clerk of some sort, like maybe at a hotel. Please help, I'm already losing enough hair as it is!:frowning:

The episode is the one where Homer becomes a bodyguard to the mayor. The mayor busts Fat Tony's rat milking rink, and thus, Fat Tony vows revenge.

They go to a dinner theater production of Guys and Dolls (starring Mark Hamill) and the waiter there is the man you are thinking of. (I'm sure someone can give you season number, episode name, and exact quotes, but I was just fleshing it out for you.)
