I meant to mention it but they played Mo Better Blues theme song when Spike Lee came to the stage at the Oscars Sunday, literally an hour after I posted this review. One of the best hooks in a song ever.

Thanks for the review Sam. I'm disappointed that these are sub-par scans. I was hoping for something on the level of Criterion's Do The Right Thing.
