I have come across one of our devices (Maxell MP-TW3011 Projector) that will not allow me to access the menu, be it from the control panel of the device nor the remote. The only action I have access to, is power on and off by both the panel and or the remote. It's as if someone has locked out all options/features of the device. Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution. TIA
