LOTR : FOTR - is there an outakes/blooper reel in the extended 4 disks set - reg 1? (1 Viewer)

Apparently there is in the region 2 set - but I've got the canadian 4 disk Region 1 release. Is it anywhere on the set eg as an easter egg? On the region 2 release (according to DVD Monthy magazine Jan 2003) it can be found by playing the movie on disk one and then jumping to title 15.

Shame it's not on the region 1 release.

Can anyone confirm that the region 2 does have this paricular easter egg that DVD Monthly magazine mentions?
