This one's a real head scratcher:

It's a flipper- Full Screen on one side, widescreen on the other.

On the box it states:

Full Screen: Modified to Fit Your Screen 1.66:1
Widescreen: Anamorphic Widescreen 2.35:1

In reality the Full Screen size appears to be 4:3, while the widescreen size appears to 1.66:1.

On top of that, IMDB (yes, I know they are often wrong) states the OAR is 1.78:1 and the trailer on the DVD is 1.78.

What gives FOX?

PS- Great movie, some might say the 2nd best Robin. Be sure to pick it up.

This one is indeed odd and the online reviews I've read sure haven't helped to clear up the matter. They all state that the aspect ratio for the widescreen side is about 1.85:1 rather than the 2.35:1 stated on the box but they fail to mention that the very obvious windowboxing on the sides makes it closer to a 1.66:1 anamorphic transfer. Their review equipment must have some serious overscan.

It's not a big deal but I was a bit confused when I first got the disc and all the available reviews led me to think that mine was defective.
