"Ice Age" and missing? short film (1 Viewer)

I caught "Ice Age" showing on a plane and, preceeding the feature, there was a short about birds on a telephone wire. I was kinda hoping that this would be on the DVD, but I do not see it.

Does anybody know where to find this short?

You're probably thinking of the short that Pixar did before "Monsters Inc.". You can find it on the Monsters DVD.

I'm fairly sure this is a Pixar short and it is available on the region 2 collectors edition of Monsters Inc.

That is a Pixar short called "For the Birds" and it is in the Monsters, Inc. set not the Ice Age set.
